Fing is showing notg connected when I clearly am

Fing Desktop 1.3.2. I click on connectivity and under your current network it says not connected, clearly I am as I can browse the internet and do lots of other internet related activities?

    Thanks for your post. Fing agent needs the Windows libraries which are installed with the WinPcap package during FingDesktop installation, it used to make packet capture and filtering useful our engine to protocol analyzers and network monitors.

    Fing agent service cannot work properly without the correct installation of WinPcap. 

    Please open the command prompt and return the output:
    • sc query npf

    it's useful to understand if the WinPcap has been installed correctly and it is running properly.

    Can you please uninstall this WinPcap version and then download and install the latest version from https://www.winpcap.org/install/
    Please let me know if the issue persists after that.

    This did fix the problem, until the update today and it was broken again :(

    Can you reboot the device and then check again and if the issue persists, then please share the screenshot again?
