Why does Fing say 'lost connectivity' on system boot

Everytime I boot my MacBook OSX 10.12.6, Fing Desktop (1.3.0) first announces 'You lost network connectivity' and after some time announces 'Network joined, connectivity looks great'. Not a major problem, but is there a way to stop the first announcement ?

Hi @JazzMo, welcome to the community and thanks for asking your question.
It could just be an issue of 'boot order' where the desktop app is loaded and begins scanning before your ethernet port activates via the OS.  I don't know if there's a way to eliminate just the first message, as I'd believe that its a useful feature to have.  In my opinion, as long as it correctly detects the connection once the OS activates it, is ultimately what you're looking for.
