Hi @degawat, welcome to the community and thanks for asking your question.
Are you actively using both NIC cards for one connection? Are the NIC's bridged? Each NIC should have its own IP address, you should be able to see both of those show up in a scan, however I do not belive that there is a method to scan from a specific IP address."There's a fine line between audacity and idiocy."

That's quite an interesting setup, and it may be that you would have to disable one nic at a time to issue a scan directly from it. @Robin may have another way, but that's all that I can think of at the moment."There's a fine line between audacity and idiocy."
