Where is my post?

Hi All, I made a post last week that contained an image and I assumed it went into moderation for checking but its still not available and I cannot find anywhere on my profile where it shows it.  I can see I do have 1 post but there is no way to view this.

Can anyone shed some light on this?

Not sure why I'd report my own post as Spam but thanks for sorting that.
