Per-Device Upload/Download Bandwidth Monitoring?
Hello,
Is there a Fing way to monitor/display upload/download bandwidth consumption per device
either live or as past history? I am not necessarily concerned about my in-house WIFI traffic, as
I am more interested with the traffic between me and my internet service provider.

No Fing nor Fingbox can monitor all devices bandwidth, Fingbox can monitor devices but the more devices it monitors the slower your network becomes.
Your best bet is to get a router that has this capability, what is your current router model?

Are you aware of any apps or hardware that can monitor the bandwidth impact of individual devices?
Sure, most tp-link devices can be controlled by the Tether app which has stats:
