Fing app users score Comcast Xfinity 3 out of 5

As of the July 9th 2019, the Fing ISP scoreboard placed Comcast 10th place in the US in terms of speed and 13th place in terms of ratings provided by app users.
With an average download speed of 102.1mbps and 10.7mbps upload speed, it has achieved a Fing speed rating of 2.4 out of 5. On average, Fing app users have rated it 3 out of 5 stars, with 40% of users giving it a 4 or 5 star rating but 24% only 1 star. This rating puts Comcast in the top 40% in the US.
Between 4th April and July 11th July 2019, the Fing Outage Detector registered 108 outages across the US for Comcast since, all but 10 were a low severity. South Carolina seems to have suffered most.
Are you or have you been a Comcast user? Is it better or worse where you live? Do you think this is a fair assessment? Why have so many app user's given Comcast a one star rating?

I'm a Comcast user in MD. I work from home and having a reliable internet connection is extremely important to me.
Over the last 2 years I have been very happy with my service. Prior to that I might have given a much lower rating. Previously I had lots of service issues and found their customer service to be extremely lacking. Of late hardly ever any outage and the last few times I had to talk to someone I got really good service.
So overall a very happy Comcast customer here.1
