Problems installing Domotz agent on Fingbox v2

I have attempted repeatedly to install the Domotz agent on an additional Fingbox v2. Finally reset / removed from app and started over. Each time I use the app feature to request the agent, I get a message "support already requested." Over on the Domotz account side (I'm both the admin/provider and customer here), I never see the request from the new Fingbox. Agent software doesn't appear to have been installed either. This is different from the problems I've seen installing agents on prior Fingboxes. Help?
