Missing devices

in Fing App #1
Fing isn’t picking up all the WiFi enabled devices, in particular the cctv. How can I find this one?

    Thanks for your post. Can you make sure CCTV is connected to the same access point as the Fing app is connected to?

    Thank you Robin for trying to help, but as I said I am a dinosaur with all things tech. The Fing app is on my iPad so appears on the list. The fire stick and my mobile appears on the fing list as is my main ip address, the smart tv isn’t on but it is the cctv I want to find the IP address for, as I want to view the activity through an app whilst I am on holiday. I thought the Fing app might help me find the address but I think that would be too easy. Lol, but thanks again.
