When I hit the "refresh" button to perform a new scan only my device shows that it is online.  The routers even show they are offline. I'm very new to this entire process so please be specific with any response. Thank you.

You're connected over WiFi to a router with multiple connected devices, you do a scan with Fing, only your phone shows in the list?

You wouldn't happen to be connected to a guest network would you?

I actually changed a setting in the fing app earlier maximum network settings? I set it to Max number of devices 21, up to 2048 and that seemed to get a more accurate list ?

And I actually there were others on the list however they were not "highlighted" and showed as offline sorry if I didn't specify that originally

Are you sure the devices are online and not in sleep mode when you hit the refresh icon?
