I only have one home, wireless, IP camera. It's called Homeboy. It was made by an Australian company, that unfortunately sold to a US company (Kidde).

Anyone else have a Homeboy? Here's a review of the unit (yes, I've had it since 2014): https://www.cnet.com/reviews/homeboy-review/

I'm particularly interested if you made the switch to the Kidde infrastructure. My Homeboy still alerts me to motion, but there is no longer recorded video. I'm wondering if I should make the transition to Kidde or move to something like Arlo.

Thanks!

Does the rolling 30-day unlimited clip storage still function or are you referring to some type of physical storage where no recording is being saved?

No. The rolling 30-day unlimited storage no longer works. I received an email from the old owners (Homeboy) saying that I should move over to the new owner's (Kidde) services. I don't know if I want to do that or just finally bite the bullet and upgrade to Arlo Pro 2.
