Fingbox Pusling Red

Since last night, my fingbox ha been pulsing red.  I have power cycled it 2 times.  My internet is working as I am on your website right now.  How do I fix this?

    Something is blocking it's ability to reach the internet. Do you have a firewall between the router and Fingbox? Also, try disconnecting the network from the Fingbox, and connect it directly into a laptop/desktop instead - does the laptop get DHCP and a good internet connection?

    No firewall.  Straight to router to internet.  It happened at like 2:14am.  Middle of the night.  I have now done a factory reset of the fingbox but my app keeps saying I am not on the same wifi network.  It makes me thing the ethernet port on the fingbox is bad.  I have tested the port and the cable already.

    Any idea how to RMA?  I cant seem to see how to open a ticket anywhere.
