i'm not sure if the models so far can be like little modems but it would be nice to use FingBox as a wifi extender.
and is it possible to use FingBox to prioritise different devices or do you have to do that through the ISP.

Welcome to the forums @Ultrasnoop ...  The current Fingbox cannot be used as a WiFi extender I'm sorry to say.  You could create a feature request and see if there is any appetite from Fing to pursue. There is a section on this site for that if your so inclined.
Fingbox will also not prioritize traffic (maybe another feature request ;) ).  Many routers, however, do support that feature so maybe the router you have now can do it?  Probably worth looking at the user manual on it to be sure.

Thanks a lot @Marc for the helpful response.
@Ultrasnoop - if you shared more about your setup and router we could help you further or start up a new discussion?
Let me know what you think!
    Cheers,

It's been a long while and i know it. time is not great for me, i did get to dig into my modem at one stage but i couldn't find anything on it.
bottom line, i'll just leave it alone now because my ISP has decided to give me good speeds and no dropouts since November.
