Fingbox no longer powers

My Fing box no longer working.  I noticed in the last few times that I plugged the power cord was not powering on intermittently times. Therefore I removed the blue cover, unplugged the micro USB power port and plugged back in and the metal portion of the port went inside the box and no longer able to plug or power the Fing box. I will like to be fixed or replaced.

    I'm sorry to hear about the issues that you're experiencing with your Fingbox.  
    You will need to discuss your issue with a Fing representative, though.  I know that one of them will take a look at this and assist you with that.

    I have the exact same problem, solved by using the other USB socket with a convertor on it. No tideal as it should no break so easily but still l working :-)
