    Hi @LetmSeServe
    Welcome to Fing Community.
This could be because of MAC randomization.
Once you connect the device can change MAC address.
Are you trying to discover what the device is? Do you know what the device is?
Also, what device are you using as well as Android/iOS version?
Let me know and we can try and help further.
    Cheers,
    Violet

0.0.0.0 is the IP the host uses when it has not yet received a DHCP offer from the server/router. As @VioletChepil said, the MAC should update once the client is associated with the SSID successfully.

@vulcansheart has it, if your network device has yet to connect to a service, it could read that way.  Do you see any inconsistencies once the device connects to a network?

I also have this issue with my devices, which are actively. Connected to my home network. My router shows up as “Xerox” although I don’t own any Xerox hardware. Recently, I have been hacked tho. I attribute suspicious findings to it.
