Fingbox activation problems

We don't think our Fingbox can be activated properly because the Network tab in the App doesn't show us the Performance section that we particularly want to look at.  'Devices' shows us a list of recognisable network items including an entry for the Fingbox so it seems to be visible on the network in some way. 
Don't think we ever saw green lights on the box and the invitation to activate but the light has now settled to blue. If we try to 'Add Fingbox' it comes back with 'Fingbox already active. You must be signed win with the same Fing account to use it. You are currently signed in as ...(the correct email address that we think we have used)'
Maybe we inadvertantly did something wrong early on but are not sure what to try now. Any suggestions as to what is going on or how to proceed gratefully received.

    Seems the Fingbox was onboarded to the wrong email address.
    So this means you cannot associate it to your email address.
    I'm just creating a support ticket for you - so you can validate you are the purchaser. I believe we need some confidential details to do this.

    Me dice que debo activar con la misma cuenta, pero se ve que el que me ha vendido el fingbox (ebay) ya lo había usado antes.

    ¿Podrías enviarme por e-mail las actualizaciones necesarias?

    @enriquesrtb I understand. I will Direct Message you asking you for some details e.g. MAC address, e-mail address etc. We need to verify the account and do some checks for privacy & security. Once completed, we can then assist further. Thanks

    It seems I have this issue as well. Fingbox is seen on the network but the registration process failed. After a reboot the box showed up and displayed some errors and now it is not visible anymore. On the network tab it shows "FingBox, where are you?" 
    Any help would be appreciated.
