Intrusion detection

Did the company make any changes to the intrusion detection recently? I’ve had this feature turned on since it debuted but it would always show “protecting 0 access points”. With a recent update it finally shows that it is protecting one network.

I don’t recall the last update mentioning changes to this feature and my network hasn’t changed lately.

I'm checking about this. Here are the full log of release notes here: https://help.fing.com/knowledge-base/fingbox-release-notes/ I don't see this in the statements specifically, but sometimes bug fixes can be applied for something impacting a small amount of user cases.

@Aric I've checked in and From Version 8.1.4, we provided the option to add the access points to the Wifi Intrustion directly. Before that it was not possible. So, this is why you are experiencing this change. This was changed in February!
