Internet Mobile Speed Tests

I use 3 Fingboxes and all 3 are now failing the speed test.
Diagnostic Questions:
- Is this the mobile speed test from Fing App or Fingbox speed tests? All my failed tests are being run on the 3 Fingboxes I have.
- Is this impacting manual or automatic speed tests? (If you could clarify if there is any difference in whether this is coming from the manual on the mobile speed test from Fing App). Both automatic and manual speed tests fail. Occasionally a test will run.
- Where is the location where this is happening? I live 112 Km from Toronto. Over the last few weeks I am seeing recorded speed tests being done in the US rather than Canada.

    Thanks @atomicboy
I'm now creating a ZenDesk ticket out of this information, so the development/product teams can investigate further this case.

Thanks. What might be useful would be the ability for the support team to remotely access a a Fingbox. I would have no issue allowing remote access as I do with my router to their tech support.

Thanks for the suggestion we currently do not have a means to do this or do this kind of troubleshooting!

I thought not .. it can be far easier for your support folks to directly access the device rather than working through a user.

My Fingbox has been reporting 'Measurement Failed' since early Nov. Not consistently, once or twice a week I see a record of actual numbers.

If I do a manual test, I get results but it still says failed in the history.

I'm on the latest firmware as mentioned above - can't check exact number at the moment.

    I'm in the UK.

    Regards Peter

Does your graph continue to update despite most tests failing?

Mine has been doing the same intermittently since November 5th. Shows the latest test with no issues
