I cannot block a device

Hello, I have a fingox, properly connected (blue), and the Fing App (Edge S9) looks like working well, have my network, and I have added Fingbox (If I try to search/add, it say my Fingbox is already active).
However, I cannot block anything, the "block" buttons are not even visible on a device details. And in my account, it says I am connected with the account null.
As if it wouldn't be properly associated.
Any one as an idea ?

    Hi @chris, have you tried logging out of the app and back in with the same account you registered the fingbox to?  Also, if you log into the Fing web site, is the information, aka, your account and Fingbox properly represented?  At least initially, lets rule out an app versus a registration or account issue.

    Hello @Marc, you were correct. In fact, when I installed the fingbox, I used my home home. And then, for better convenience, I used my gmail account as I can log in "automatically". It looks like the Fingbox itself has an email, and despite that I was on my gmail on both App and web, it didn't work. I have to use the original email account. 
    Works well !
    Is there a way to change this ?

    @Chris, I believe you might need to get the Fing folks to sort this out. @VioletChepil, can you lend Chris a hand to sort out his email issue?

    Your Google Account and Fingbox email need to match for a seamless Login.
    I am creating a ZenDesk ticket for you from this thread.
    They can only manage account changes through our support system because sensitive details are required!
    You'll get a ticket to track this change by email.

    @Chris if the support team manages the merge I think they will be carried over. They will follow-up in that email I sent you! 
    This can ONLY be done for Fingbox users and not free Fing Account holders.
