Fingbox has died

Having performed faultlessly, since I received it last December, my Fingbox has, for some reason, shut itself down for the third time, in five weeks. On the first two occasions it eventually restarted, after I disconnected it and left it for a while. This time it is terminal. It stopped yesterday, so I left it disconnected overnight. I have reconnected it, this morning, to no avail.

- Are you able to try Fingbox with another power cable?
Sometimes this has fixed the issue. Let me know how you get on!

Two cables later it’s running. First replacement cable just lit dim white glow but didn’t boot, as had once been case with supplied cable. Might you have any explanation?0

Sometimes the power cables can die.

@Quattroken - thanks for your question. If it worked with the second cable, we can say that this is definitely a power cable issue. If the first cable did not work - there could have been issues with that cable too! Or it could be worn down perhaps. Anyways let me know anything further I can help with.
