hi @jh_topu - are you using iOS 13 and which version? Is it the latest version? Updating the device to iOS 13.1.2 solves the problem.

Previously our team found an issue, whereby basically on a specific version of iOS is impossible to detect current WiFi name and address, resulting in the network scan not being stored as well as mobile speedtest showing <unknown-ssid> as WiFi name. If the WiFi performance cannot acquire the WiFi BSSID it cannot establish whether the device and the Fingbox are in the same network.

Updating the device to iOS 13.1.2 solves the problem.

To upgrade just go on Device Settings -> General -> Software Update

    Hi @jh_topu
This kind of error appears if the mobile data is on or if required permissions are not set for the Fing App. Can you please make sure all permissions especially location permissions are enabled and mobile data is turned off? Also if all things are set, please open a browser and visit this link and see if the speedtest is working there or not.
