App crash when selecting paused device
Good day everyone.
Yesterday I used the Fingbox and Fing App in iPhone to pause the internet on my sons iPhone. I tried to unpause it again this morning, but every time I select this specific device, the app crashes. It also crashes when I try to see the devices history or if I click on this device in the Events.
By the way, the app says no devices are paused. The iPhone itself is off. Does anyone know what is happening here?

A few questions:
- is Fingbox plugged directly into the main router?
- is there a firewall?
- is IPv6 disabled?
- Does Fingbox have communication on the following ports? make sure to allow Fingbox to reach any IP address on the following TCP ports: 80, 443, 4443, 5671. In addition, the ports needed for the Internet Speed Test, provided by M-Lab include 3001, 3002, 3003.Community Manager at Fing
