Ok this is very likely because on Android 10 Fing app can no longer see MAC addresses.
Here are more details about it: https://community.fing.com/discussion/832/android-10-fing-app-will-fing-app-work-on-android-10
Fingbox can still see the MAC addresses and we're also working on new PC/MAC versions of Fing App to help as well.
Let me know any other advice you need.Community Manager at Fing

Hi @Pixie could you help us troubleshoot this by answering:
Are you using iPhone or Android?
What version of Android are you running. Is it Android 10+ by chance?
Also do you have both 2.4 and 5 Ghz WiFi channels?Community Manager at Fing

@Pixie I think this is related to Android 10 blocking of MAC addresses and access to the ARP table to get device information.

Could this be the issue? If you could attach a screenshot this would help us a lot more too!
But we're going to release desktop versions soon to help with this.Community Manager at Fing
