10 points for promoted content + rewards system updates

Hello all,
Just a quick update that we've recently review the points, ranks and badging system to include higher levels. This is because many of you are progressing very quickly on the community which is great! 

10+ points for promoted content:
In addition, promoted content will now be awarded 10 bonus points. Promoted content is awarded by admins and will focus on the best content in the Devices/Security and Network Troubleshooting/Connectivity categories! The idea is to reward great content in those categories which is helping the community grow at this crucial time!
