How can I subscribe to responses to my discussions?

On other boards, when I create a discussion thread, I can "subscribe" to the discussion and receive instant email notifications when someone has posted a response to the thread.  How do I do that on this board?

Never mind.  I found my answer in the Preferences area for my ID.

So good for others to know too! You can get alerts on threads by updating your preferences.

Also you can click the STAR icon in the top to get some alerts on a specific thread as well!

Also one more note here @AustinJerry - if you want to start a thread that needs an answer - you can post it as a question. That way you can choose an answer that solves it and others will see in the thread/question list, that there is an answer and so they can find a resolution there too!

Ahhh @Burratha I've just realized that this splitting function is not as intuitive as I may have thought it to be. It has not specified you are the poster and only that you are the commenter: https://community.fing.com/discussion/454/how-can-i-adjust-my-alerts-for-the-fing-community#latest 
I'll check with the community platform provider on this. Definitely should notify you (the question asker)!
